Delivery Policy

Shipping charges are calculated automatically when you place an order, you just need to select the country you are from and the charge will be displayed.  The delivery charge is the same regardless of the amount you purchase.
How to locate your shipping options and charges:

At Checkout please select the country you wish to have the item(s) delivered to.  Your shipping options and their corresponding charge will then be automatically displayed.  The main options are:

    Standard International Air.  Please note: Standard International Air parcels can not be tracked.
    Economy Courier
    Express Courier

Below is a guide to delivery times (in business days to major cities):
Standard International Air - Not Tracked**

Australia                  3-6  business days
Rest of the World    6-10 bsuiness days
Italy/Brazil              15+ business days.  We often have trouble with shipments to these countries. Any shipments to these countries are at your own risk.
Economy Courier**

Australia                  2-3 business days
Rest of the World    4-6 business days
Express Courier**

1-5 business days - for selected countries only

**This option is not available for all countries.  Please select your country at checkout and you will be advised if this is an option for you or not.
Please note the above times are a guide only.
Sometimes delays do occur with the post and customs which are outside of our control.  If your items don't arrive for a few days following the above estimated delivery times then please don't worry, they're very likely to still be on their way.  Please contact us if you don't receive your items one week after the delivery time guides above.

Once we have received your returned item, we will refund your money.
